What is the cancellation policy? Can I cancel a booking I just made?

Cancellation Policy

- FREE CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 HRS OF DATE OF BOOKING. 
Full refund of deposit. (same day you make reservation)
- NO SHOW POLICY or cancelling the SAME DAY of ARRIVAL - cancellation. 
The total amount of your stay will be charged.
- WEEK of ARRIVAL - Cancelling less than 7 days before arrival, the 25% deposit is 
non-refundable.
- CANCELLING UP TO THE WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL. 
The DEPOSIT refund will be done less a service charge (up to $25 MAX)
- Cancellations made AFTER arrival will have a refund less 50% 
of total amount paid for the remainder of your stay. Or 1 night non-refundable, whichever is more.

When do you close the campground?

The campground is open from May Long Weekend to the end of September. 
Campground is closed from October to April.

What RV services do you have?

Accepted Answer

All the campsites have power, water and sewer. Most are 30 amp. 
There is one site which has 30/50 amp power.
Free wifi is included.
Washrooms and shower for registered guests. Doors have a code. 
Coin laundromat - 3 washers and 3 dryers
Most back-in sites have a fire pit.
Pull-through sites do not have a fire pit.

How do I book a Cabin or RV site online and what information is required?

Names of all adult guests staying.
Ages of children and how many.
Any pets and description.
Size of RV and type.
Home address

A credit card or visa debit for 25% deposit and final payment taken day of arrival.

Question 6

Do you allow pets? Which cabins are NO PETS allowed?

Accepted Answer

Yes we do allow pets - cats or dogs. 
Most of the cabins allow pets, except for Cabin 10.

The pet charge varies depending on the size of your dog. 
Pets are allowed in the RV sites. Daily charges apply. 
Must be under control on a lead at the site or cabin, and on a leash when walking. 
The area in front of the main building by the BIG highway sign and the outhouses can be used a spot to take your dog.
And always pick up poop afterwards.

Do you have a laundromat? Are there coins available on site to get in exchange for Canadian dollar bills?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a coin laundromat is available to use.
A scheduled time and day is set up for using.
Cost is $4-$5 loonied per wash (one is $4 and two are $5 - larger)
Dryers are quarters - US or Canadian coins
Cost is $2-$4 depending on how big a load to dry and the temperature.

Can I book a cabin or site for today? When can I book for next year?

BY RESERVATION ONLY. NO DROP INS.
Bookings are accepted for next day arrival.

As cabins and sites come available to book, they can be booked online a month in advance over the season and through the winter.

What information is needed to book online?

The names of all adult guests. 
How many beds for a cabin.
Ages of children and how many.
Any pets and what kind.
Your home address, email address, contact number for texting
Credit card for 25% deposit and to be used for final payment that will be taken day of arrival.

Question 10

What do the cabins have inside? Are they heated?

Accepted Answer

All the cabins are self-contained with running water, electricity and furnished.
Kitchen or kitchenette with pots & pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.
Queen bed with twin bunks or King bed with twin bed. 1 bed studio or with bedroom.
Bedding and linens are provided. Hand soap, toilet paper, dish soap.
Coffee maker, coffee or tea, powdered cream, sugar.
Microwave and toaster oven or stove/oven.
Couch or love seat, vintage kitchen table with chrome chairs
Bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
Covered deck with chairs. Fire pit or Outdoor fireplace.
